Currently, Thom leads Product Design at Intercom, overseeing Web, Growth, Core Product, and the Design Infrastructure team. Over the past decade, he has worked remotely across agencies and SaaS, managing distributed teams in product design, industrial design, brand, content design, and research. His experience spans launching products from 0→1 and transforming legacy SaaS platforms into AI-first solutions.
