Nikki has been fortunate to work with well-loved brands to create memorable and resonant digital experiences - for Skyscanner, Expedia, Disney Junior, Honda HRV, Danone, The Glenlivet, French Connection and more. She is currently at Wise, where she worked as a Design Chief of Staff until the end of 2023 scaling the in-house team and building culture. At the start of this year, she took on a new role as a Design Director, leading the Expansion pillar. Expansion grows customers’ understanding of how Wise can help solve their problems, by delivering relevant, cohesive, high-quality design solutions that make things simpler for everyone – internally and externally, wherever they are in the world. Her bias for action and forward momentum is often described as positively contagious.
