Alexandre Deffenain is the Head of Product Design at Revolut. He started his career there over six years ago as a Junior Product Designer and has had the opportunity to grow alongside the company. Today, he leads the design of the Onboarding and Activation experiences, products that shape how millions of new users discover and adopt Revolut across 48 markets. He also supports the Product Design team across the wider function and has contributed to major initiatives such as its biggest redesign yet, Revolut 10. He is passionate about systemic thinking and how design can be used to create efficient and delightful solutions at scale.
