She’s a Senior Product Designer at N26 in Berlin, where she’s been in the trenches of the bank’s biggest “big bet” launches, such as the award-winning N26 Crypto, Investments, and Ready-made funds. Currently, she’s driving premium user growth in Memberships. Her knack for untangling sticky, systemic problems recently caught the eye of leadership. Now, she’s multiclassing as a Product Manager, splitting her time to tackle the gnarly challenge of reducing scaling costs in customer support.
